FROM DESIGNER'S DEN
What new element before us unborn in nature?
Is there a new thing under the sun?
...
O heavy heavy Element awakened I vocalize your
consciousness to six worlds
I chant your absolute Vanity.Yeah monster of Anger birthed in fear O most
Ignorant matter ever created unnatural to Earth!Delusion of metal empires!
Destroyer of lying Scientists!
Devourer of covetous
Generals,Incinerator of Armies & Melters of Wars!
Judgments of judgments,Divine wind over vegeful nations,
Molesters of Presidents,Death-Scandal of Capital politics!

Ah Civilizations stupidly industrious!

ON THE ROAD
"I thought you was a nice college boy!"
"Oh,I'm a college boy",I assured her.The bus arrived in Hollywood. In the grey dirty town, like the dawn when Joel McCrea met Veronica Lake in a dinner,in the picture Sullivan's Travels, she slept in my lap.I looked greedily out the window : stucco house and palms and drive-ins,the whole mad thing, the ragged promised land, the fantastic end of America.
On The Road /Jack Keruoac.
The story couldn't help but give birth to a legend. Jack Kerouac, fueled by inspiration, coffee and Benzedrine, sat down at his typewriter and in one burst of creative energy wrote the novel that made him the voice of his generation. When the book came to my hand,I didn't know much about it's tremendous impact on "Beat Generation"of both sides of Atlantic, but could feel the charm of POP-flavour by the amazing story-telling style of the writer.
Is it autobiography?
or fiction?
or a blend of both?
...what's there inside that exhilarates the youth?
later I read some reviews on it(can't remember the author!), : "On The Road sold a trillion levis and a million espresso machines, and also sent countless kids on the road...."
Infact their search for fulfilment through drink, sex, drugs and jazz became an exploration of personal freedom that never limits the test of life in any particular era.The apeal would last forever bolstered by the voice of all the Street Hunters, both of present and those of yet to be born.I dream a re-birth of Kerouak !!

The State Of Architecture
at the beginning
Of 21st Century : (review)
About one and a half year ago bought the book, ordering online to Amazon.com.Those days I was working for my graduation project,so just wanted to have a glance upon the contemporary thoughts.But.....you know,I'm just too lazy to grab ideas from written text!!and feel quite bore too when I am forced by situation or people to read books for any specific purpose.Rather it's much enjoyable to read for pleasure with a cup of coffee, when all the hazard of exam is over .So when I was lookin' for something interesting in my book-shelf this morn, found it almost new and kept safely in a stack of old 日計アーキテクチャーmagazines of 2005!!
Let's see what's amazing inside :
"In thinking about the role of the building envelope in separating public and private, the notion of the boundary is critical. One idea that I have been exploring in recent projects is porosity : drawing public space into a building's interior to make a series of public rooms in a city. This is partly a response to living in London, where the buildings tend to be fortified and public spaces come about by accidents rather than by designing.Porosity suggests a new kind of Urbanism, composed of streams of flows of movement that cut through the city fabric"
Movement And Porosity/Zaha Hadid

.....and these kinda stuff!!The whole book is composed of some very selected architectural essays by contemporary legends edited by-Bernard Tschumi and Irene Cheng(Columbia'arch). So I think,it's a compulsory reading for the Architect-wannabe's of present time.

TALES OF CHUO-SEN
It's nine o'clock on a saturday,The regular crowd shuffles in,There's an old man sitting next to me,Makin' love to his tonic and gin He says, "son, can you play me a memory? I'm not really sure how it goes, but it's sad and it's sweet and i knew it complete when i wore a younger man's clothes" ........Piano Man /Billy Joel
My Tokyo memories are full of many interesting thing happened inside J.R chuo trains. Compartments over flowed with morning rush, big beefy salary-men busy talkin' about their business stuff,Mrs.Nakamura or Yamamoto thin and blonde tryin' hard to attract young guys with their 50's glamour, school going Jap-chicks busy with portable small beauty-boxes coloring their faces and cyber-punk young guyz with i-pod charmed me a lot and let feelin' myself a part of the rush. After every week-end,from Monday to Friday I was with Tokyo,on the way to my school, the way to their work.In those colorful morning crowd you can find a Black 'n White oldman lookin' for his memories.I couldn't find him out even though...!
BLOGGER
VS.
NON-BLOGGER
LAST YEAR IN SUMMER HOLIDAYS I STARTED BLOGGING AT BLOGSPOT.U KNOW,I JUST TRIED IT AS A FUN UNLIKE MOST OF MY FRIENDS DOING THESE DAYS SO SERIOUSLY.BUT I SURPRISED WHEN I FOUND MYSELF IN THE BLOGGERS' WORLD AS A BLOG-MANIAC...AND ONCE I STARTED THINKIN' LIKE THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF PEOPLE ON THE GLOBE,BLOGGER AND NON-BLOGGER!!AT THE BEGINNING I HAD A THOUGHT OF MAKIN' MY BLOG AS A ONLINE DAIRY,I COULD KEEP THE ENTHUSIASM UP FOR 2 MONTHS ..THEN ONE FINE SUNNY BRIGHT EARLY WINTER MORN GOT A MAIL FROM MY FRIEND,ONE OF MY VERY FEW BLOG FANS AND SHE WAS COMPLAINING THAT MY BLOG IS BECOMING A 'SENMON-SUGICHATTA YATSU' !!AND BECOMING TOO BORING TO BE GONE THROUGH BY PEOPLE LIKE HER,YOUR FAN READERS. YEAP!....IT'S TRUE THAT IF YOU WRITE ALL THE TIMES ABOUT YOUR DESIGN AND ALL THE NEW THINGS YOU ARE DEALING WITH THESE KINDA STUFF I MEAN THINGS RELATED TO YOUR DESIGN PROJECTS ONCE YOU'LL FIND THAT YOU ARE GOING ALONE WITH YOUR POOR BLOG..!!SO I DECIDED TO MAKE A SEPERATE PART FOR MY ARCHITECTURE!!BUT IT BECAME DIFFICULT FOR HAVING POOR IDEA ABOUT HTML AND JAVA-SCRIPT...SO JUST DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND TIME FOR LEARNING CODE .RATHER I CAN BE A YAHOO 360 BLOGGER,THOUGHT MYSELF.I NEVER KNEW THAT YAHOO 360 HAS SUCH A LOT OF PLUGINS,SO JUST WONDERED WHEN GOT AN INVITATION FROM MY FRIEND AND I FOUND SOME FUNNY TEMPLATES AND WANTED TO PLAY WITH SOME NEW GRAPHICS THAT I USUALLY DO WHENEVER I CAN MANAGE BREATHING TIME IN STUDIO.HERE IS MY YAHOO360 PAGE :
